Trikeri is the southernmost village on the Pelion peninsular. It is located on top of a ridge, from where it overlooks northern Evia and the entrance to the gulf of Volos. Because of its narrow cobbled streets, the central part of the village remains car-free! Approx. 5' walk from the square, is this two-storey house with obvious neoclassical elements. On the ground floor used to be a grocery store, while the main residence was on the upper floor, from where one can enjoy unlimited sea views. In addition to the spacious room of the (former) grocery store on the street front, there is a kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace as well as a balcony. The house is statically in good condition, but will require a total renovation in order to be on a contemporary standard.
