Spacious rooms of old mansion dimensions, sea and mountain views: these are just some of the features of this stone, two-storey house in popular Ano Gatzea. The house was recently renovated – the roof was redone in 2016 – with respect to the traditional Pelion style and is kept in perfect condition. This two-storey stone house is accessed by a characteristic, traditional cobblestone path or “kalderimi” as those paths are called. At the entrance of the plot we have a spacious, paved courtyard with lemon trees and amazing sea and mountain views. The excellently maintained wooden staircase leads us to the lower floor, where we have a second, spacious living room with a fireplace, the third bedroom with its own bathroom as well as a second bathroom. The two floors are also connected by an elevator. The stone storage located on the plot could easily be converted into an additional guest house. The house has its own parking space for one car.
