The main living area is on the ground floor, where we have the generously spaced living and dining room, the open plan kitchen, two bedrooms and one utility/bathroom. The spacious veranda with the “million dollar views” is on this level, conveniently located just outside the kitchen. A rustic wooden staircase leads up from the entrance foyer to the first floor with a generous landing space. Here we find two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and two tiny balconies. Heating system: An in-built, very effective type of wood-burning stove as well as electrical radiators in some bedrooms. The villa is car accessed with a parking area for two cars. The villa is located on the south-west coast of Pelion, in the village of Horton; a charming little hamlet with a cultural heritage. Argalasti, the capital village of South Pelion with a supermarket, two pharmacies, a health centre, etc. is 6km away.
