The choice of the site where the Eden concept villa was built was not accidental. Pelion is a magical mountain, offering great experiences during for every season of the year. In this earthly Paradise, the owners spent the most beautiful moments of their live since their childhood. The Eden concept is the fulfillment of their dream. Love for a place is expressed by respecting the natural environment and traditions. The house was thus built in perfect harmony with the famous Pelion architecture and in a way that fits harmoniously into the natural environment. The placement of the building was done with the intention of preserving the imposing rocks that were chosen as special features surounding ​​the swimming pool area. Needless to say that the breath-taking sea views are available from most of the rooms and of course from the pool and gardens.  The villa offers comfortable spaces and is arranged so as not to disturb the parallel activities of its inhabitants. The rooms each with their own facilities, the various lounges-living rooms, the play room, the billiard room and the spa room, allow for parallel and activities inside the house. At the same time, the owners made sure to combine the modern equipment of the house with the careful design and discreet decoration of the interior spaces. There is air conditioning (cooling-heating) and underfloor heating that ensures, when the conditions require it, the ambient heating of the entire building. The fireplace in the living room is the warm corner during winter, while there is also a fireplace in the master bedroom. All safety standards have been provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and decorated in traditional style. The elevator connecting all three floors, is surrounded by 9 metal sheets (3 on each floor) made by the famous iron architect Kostas Fosteris. The furniture bears the stamp and classic design of famous houses such as Ralph Lauren, etc. Two of the interior doors, in the ground floor space, have been brought from Smyrna (current Izmir, Turkey) a memento of the city where the owner's family comes from. The outdoor area of ​​approx. 4.500sqm, is shaped with successive stone retaining walls and paths that cross the estate. In the pool area is a fully equipped, covered BBQ with a carved marble table for 12 seats (special construction for the specific area). There are also a tennis, a basketball and a football court. A vegetable garden produces fresh produce and there are also plenty of fruit trees. The parking area has spaces for at least six cars, while there is a separate parking area that facilitates direct access to the kitchen.
